GENERAL POLICY AND SHIPPING

General Policy

  1.  This website is for wholesale only.

  2.  All claims need to be made within 7 business days upon receiving the shipment for US customer only

     •  S&H is non refundable.  All sales are final, unless the items are defective.
     •  Returns without Chala authorization will not be accepted.
     •  Returns due to reasons other than manufacturer's defect or damage will incur 15% restocking fee or
     $20.00 whichever is greater.

  3.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

  4. New customers must place their first order within 30 days of approval to avoid account deactivation.

  5. 6 months of inactivity on your Chala account will lead to deactivation.

  6. Chala Group, Inc accepts the following major CC companies only: VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

  7. Orders shipping to California will have 7.75% sales tax added if a valid Seller's Permit is not provided.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

•  Minimum Order Dollar Amount:
For US domestic orders:  $200 minimum + S&H 
For US domestic re-orders: $100 minimum + S&H
($20 surcharge for orders less than minimum)
Minimum order quantity per design/style/color is 2pcs

•  Canada, Mexico, Central America, and Southern America: $500 minimum + S&H
($50 surcharge for orders less than minimum)
Minimum order quantity per design/style/color is 2pcs

•  All Other Countries: $1,000 minimum + S&H
($50 surcharge for orders less than minimum)
Minimum order quantity per design/style/color is 6pcs

•  All orders will be shipped with full payment in advance.

•  US domestic orders will be shipped via either USPS or UPS unless instructed otherwise.

•  International orders will be shipped via USPS unless instructed otherwise.

•  Shipping is to be calculated when we process your order (usually within one week after the order is
placed)
